On 8 July, the National Erasmus+ Office in Moldova hosted the annual meeting of the Higher Education Reform Experts (HERE) team.
The main objective of this meeting was to review the activities implemented during 2023–2025 and to plan the team’s work programme for 2025–2026, with a particular focus on upcoming international and national events.
For 2025, two major national events are planned with the active involvement of the HERE team:
- A seminar on promoting academic ethics and integrity, aimed at encouraging the adoption and implementation of ethical standards in higher education.
- A national event on the implementation of the Bologna Process in the Republic of Moldova, bringing together representatives of higher education institutions and decision-makers to discuss progress and current challenges in aligning with the European Higher Education Area.
The HERE team in the Republic of Moldova is systematically involved in national policy reform processes, with its members holding key positions in various academic institutions and having significant experience in developing international projects in the field of higher education.
HERE experts also contribute to selecting topics for Technical Assistance Missions (TAMs) offered to Moldovan higher education institutions by international experts and are actively engaged in their organisation.
