An inspiring event entitled Voices of Erasmus took place on March 26, at the initiative of Erasmus Student Network (ESN) Chișinău, in cooperation with the Technical University of Moldova (UTM) and the National Erasmus+ Office in Moldova.
Eleven UTM students took the stage to share their academic mobility experiences within the Erasmus+ programme. Each story highlighted cultural discoveries, overcoming challenges, and personal growth moments experienced across various European countries.
The event built a bridge between generations, as the participating students took on the role of informal mentors for younger peers at the beginning of their journeys, offering valuable advice and encouraging them to explore international exchange opportunities. Voices of Erasmus brought together diverse cultural and life experiences, showing that each mobility experience is an important step towards self-discovery.
The event also emphasized the significance of academic mobility projects in the personal and professional development of young people and encouraged the continued promotion of these opportunities among students in the Republic of Moldova.
