On March 15, the Ministry of Education and Research of the Republic of Moldova issued an Order on the enrollment of refugee students from Ukraine for study mobilities in the 2021-2022 academic year (in Romanian language).
Thus, they have options for academic mobilities at the higher education institutions from the Republic of Moldova, even if at this time they do not have the documents to prove their academic status. Mobility programs for Ukrainian citizens will be organized free of charge, within the budgets approved for this year. Students from Ukraine who are citizens of other states can access academic mobilities on the basis of a tuition fee in the amount set by the higher education institution.
