The Call for Proposals for 2016 was officially launched and published on European Commission's website. Once the announcement was made, Moldovan universities can apply for projects in all activities that are open for Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) from Moldova. With the publication of the Call, European Commission launched the updated Erasmus+ Guide.
Thus, starting with the launch of the Call, all interested HEIs can apply or can start applying for funding in all projects that are open for Moldovan HEIs. Here are the deadlines for each activity available for Moldova:

- Credit Mobility for higher education - February 2, 2016
- Erasmus Mundus Joint Master Degree - February 18, 2016
Key action 2:
- Capacity Building in higher education - February 10, 2016
- Strategic Partnerships - April 26, 2016
- Knowledge Alliances - February 26, 2016
Specific action Jean Monnet:
- Academic Modules, Chairs, Centres of Excellence, Networks, Projects and Support to associations - February 25, 2016
