National Erasmus+ Office hosted the annual meeting of the HERE team in Moldova

On June 12, the National Erasmus+ Office organised the annual meeting of the HERE (Higher Education Reform Experts) team in the Republic of Moldova. The event aimed to review the activities carried out in 2026, discuss recent results and challenges, and define the strategic directions for the team’s work in 2027.

The meeting addressed the following main topics:

Planned activities for 2026 and objectives for 2027
Participants reviewed the progress of actions implemented in 2026 and defined the priorities for 2027.

HERE international activities (seminars, study visits, annual conferences)
International activities carried out in 2025 and in the first half of 2026 were reviewed, highlighting achieved results, main challenges, and identified best practices. At the same time, activities planned for 2027 under the SPHERE calendar were discussed, as well as logistical aspects related to participation in international events.

Local HERE activities (TAMs, follow-up events, etc.)
National-level activities implemented in 2025 and in the first half of 2026 were reviewed, including Technical Assistance Missions (TAMs) and follow-up events, with an overview of results, challenges, and best practices. Plans for 2027 were also discussed, including potential thematic areas for future TAM missions at national level.

The HERE Expert Team in the Republic of Moldova plays an important role in the higher education policy reform process. Its members hold key positions in academic institutions and actively contribute to the development and implementation of international projects in the field.

HERE experts are involved in selecting topics for technical assistance missions addressed to higher education institutions in the Republic of Moldova and contribute to their organisation together with international experts.
