The launch of the new Erasmus+ Programme 2021-2027 and of the Call for Proposals 2021

On March 25, the new Erasmus+ Programme 2021-2027 together with the Call for Proposals 2021 were launched.

The programme’s budget is €26.2 billion, compared with €14.7 billion for 2014-2020. This will be complemented by about €2.2 billion from the EU’s external instruments.

Therefore the new and revamped programme will fund learning mobility and cross-border cooperation projects for 10 million beneficiaries of all ages. It also aims to become more inclusive and to support the green and digital transitions. Erasmus+ will also support the resilience of education and training systems in the face of the pandemic.
